When you combine Joel’s curiosity and sense for adventure with Lucia’s motto to always try everything once, you get a fun combination of great memories, experiences and stories. It’s not a rare thing for our friends and family to be asking us what we're up to each weekend. We have decided to kick off our marriage not with matching his/her towels (pink ones for Joel and blue ones for Lucia), waffle makers or matching coffee mugs, but with unforgettable memories on our first trip together as husband and wife to Taiwan and Thailand. Joel will be introduced to Lucia’s giant Taiwanese family that resembles “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” only 50 decibels louder and country hopping North to South trying and eating everything in sight. After we’re done with Taiwan, Thailand will be our vacation away and it has been one of the top places we have wanted to visit.
