Please select one (1) main course preference: Meat (12 Oz All Natural New York Strip Steak, Vegetable Medley and Mashed Yukon Golden Potatos). Sauces: creamy roasted garlic gravy or honey whole grain mustard glaze. Fish (Sesame Seared Salmon Fillet, Vegetable Medley & Saffron Basmati Rice). Sauces: ginger-lime tamari glaze or three citrus-ginger reduction.
Chicken (Oven Roasted Chichen Breast, Vegetable Medley & Mashed Yukon Golden Potatoes). Sauces: roasted red peper-basil cream or fire roasted BBQ onion sauce.
